Eleanor Larkin
Co-Executive Director
Eleanor has lifelong experience working with horses and has been instructing since she was a young teenager. She has dedicated herself to the study of both horse and human psychology. She takes pride in teaching confidence, safety skills, and helping to facilitate partnership and connection between horse and rider.
Emma Taylor
Co-Executive Director
Emma manages the behind-the-scenes operations that keep everything running smoothly. She specializes in community relations and fundraising, and is dedicated to building strong connections in the Olympia community. With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's in School Counseling, she is passionate about creating an environment where everyone feels heard, valued, and supported.


Vicki Salzberg
Volunteer Coordinator
Vicki helps plan and spread the word about all of our volunteer events. Vicki also schedules the volunteers in lessons and helps with volunteer training.
Barbara SandovAL
Instructor
Barbara is passionate about sharing the horse-human experience. She is excited to share her understanding on how horses can mirror our emotions and body language. Barbara’s background is in biotechnology and academic biology research, but has followed her calling to work with both people and horses at Meadows.


Elizabeth Nelson
Facilities Manager
Elizabeth ensures the ranch's facility is safe and cared for. When fences need fixing or pastures need mowing, Elizabeth gets it done!

PT, DPT, MPH, HPCS
Cynthe is our wonderful physical therapist! About 15 years after entering the field, she discovered the specialty area of physical therapy incorporating hippotherapy. She was thrilled to join her love of horses with her passion for physical therapy! She has been incorporating equine movement into her physical therapy practice for the past 18 years and feels it is one of the most amazing treatment tools she has to use


Dallas O'Flaherty

Horses have been a guiding force in Dallas’ life for as long as they can remember. With over 12 years of equestrian experience and a background in providing various social services to under served populations, they are excited to join the team at Meadows to continue to follow their soul’s calling to support humans to feel more resourced and that they belong - through horse + human relationship.
