Adaptive and Independent Riding

Therapeutic (or adaptive) riding lessons for individuals with special needs. Adaptive riding is recreational horseback riding lessons catered to each individual and their learning needs.

Independent riding lessons are for anyone who is interested in learning horsemanship skills but may not have a disability.

Instructors incorporate various exercises and activities to build each rider's confidence. Lessons include horsemanship skills such as grooming, tacking, groundwork, and mounted skills. Each lesson is planned around the various physical, emotional, and mental needs of each rider.
